Seeding
Burmood Property Care offers multiple options for our seeding services. We can rejuvenate your existing lawn with our overseeding and slit seeding process. Slit seeding introduces new seed to your existing lawn using our specialized equipment to place the seed into the ground without damaging your existing lawn. We can also seed new lawns starting with bare dirt. Seeding a new lawn can be done by seeding into the soil using a specialized seeder or we also offer hydroseeding.
HYDROSEEDING
Hydroseeding combines grass seed with a fertilizer slurry that holds the seeds next to the dirt and starts the germination process immediately. The slurry seals in moisture to keep the seeds protected as they start to take root in your soil. For more information on our seeding services, please reach out to us, and we would be happy to answer any of your questions.

OVER SEEDING

A lawn that has suffered from drought stress, insect or disease damage, or shows other signs of decline such as thin sparse grass, bare patches or lack of color then Overseeding your lawn with newer, improved types of turf grass is often the best way to thicken the lawn, and improve its health and appearance.
